Tako Kraze started as a mix of coincidence, boredom, and hustle. My dad ran one of Sacramento’s most well-known late-night taco spots, Adalbertacos, so I grew up around the food game. I realized no one was serving good Birria after hours — so I decided to change that.
With his experience and my drive to create something different, Tako Kraze took off. What started as an idea turned into a late-night staple, built on flavor, consistency, and a real passion for food.
